Shipping information & tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this tracking code to track the shipment. Registered customers can track their shipments in their customer account. Current shipment information can be found under "Orders" in your customer account.
Please note that our All ribbon skirts These are exclusive designer costumes. Production will only begin after your payment. In this case, the delivery time will be extended by 12-15 days.

Delivery time
Shipping: 10-15 days. If you have chosen to pay in advance, your order will only be processed after receipt of payment. Please note that our products are exclusive designer costumes, which in some cases may need to be produced after the order has been placed. In this case, the delivery time will be extended by 8-11 business days. Deliveries to Germany take 10-13 business days, and deliveries to Austria take 12-15 business days.
